"WESTMINSTER ABBEY’S SAFETY. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, October 23. The Very Rev Dean of Westminster, Dr Foxloy Norris, expresses his fears the safety of 'Westminster Abbey, as he had felt vibrations in the Henry VII Chapel, which wore unknown a few years ago. Traffic in the neighbourhood had enormously increased and he would be apprehensive if more huge buildings were constructed near the Abbey.
