THE MILITARY CALLED OUT. (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) KINGSTON, (Ontario), October 17. The military wa<j called out to aid the guards in quelling more than eight hundred convicts, in the most serious riot in the history of the Portsmouth penitentiary here on Monday.
