WELLINGTON, October 7
On account of a heavy reduction in the appropriations for hydro-electric development, ,the completion of the Wnitaki scheme has been postponed until 1934, states the Acting-Public Works Minister, Mr Macmillan. Even then it will only he finished provided that funds are available next year on a more liberal scale.
