ANNUAL MEETING AT RUAT'APU The annual meeting of the Ruatapu Club was held on Friday evening, the president (Mr G. Trippner) presiding over a fair attendance. The report and balance sheet were adopted. The following officers were elected: —Committee, Messrs E. E. Dundas, S. W. Whitehead, W. H. Wilson, W. Campbell, C. Campbell, R. J- Hunt, E. Oates and G. Trippner; secretary and treasurer, Mr W. H. Wilson; cap. tain, C. Campbell; vice-captain, H. Wilson; .sole selector, S. Whitehead; social committee, Messrs C. Campbell, H. Wilson and J. Bissell; delegate to Sub-Union, Mr S. Whitehead. The delegate to the Sub-Union was instructed to insist that the condition under which the competition is conducted, be fixed at the eommenaement of the season and rigidly adhered to. The club decided to place on record ity appreciation of the services of Messrs W. 11. Wilson and Oates. It was decided to hold a ball' at an early date.
