REDUCTION OF PER CENT. (per Press Association— Copyright.) WELLINGTON, August 29. From Thursday next there w'V be a reduction of i per cent, on all ordinary overdrawn bank accounts, with., the result that the minimum rate on “best” accounts will be reduced from 6.V to 6 per cent.
