The danger spots that were pointed out by/Mr Jessep were; the possibility of perpetuating the condition of unemployment in the endeavour to cure it, and risk of permanently impairing the individual characters and the standing of the men affected. • ’ v

In respect of these two important considerations Mr Jessep specially; besought the co-operation of the Local Committees, as Co-Trustees with the * Unemployment Board, in the administration of the unemployment fund. '
