Great short comer hitting was done by Ahtliotiy, two of whose shots' found the net; Reidj playing with stitches over his eyfej was clever. Joblin, playing left-half, opened NeW Zealand's score with a flick shot. Bay- netted shortly after from a scfumble in front of the goal, Thompson, a Westralian, tricked Moore nicely t<» score the only goal for his side. The game was fast and fairly even, and New Zealand was held to a low score. Their aggregate for the tour is how 98 goals to 11 against. They tried hard to get two more goals to complete the century, but the Westralian opposition was too sound.
