/STRIBLING BEATS RENAULT. (Australian Press Association.) BRISBANE, August 11. There was a capacity house at the Stadium when Young Stribling (13.8) defeated Jack Renault (14.8), the referee stopping the contest at the end of the fifth round. Renault, one of the. biggest men seen in the Brisbane ring, was in a bad way, bleeding badly from the ear, eye, and nose, and also a cut knee sustained when he lost his Balance and , fell. ■* Stribling won every round.
