The Ferndale which has broken below the bridge, and in forepart,'.has settled on rocks, and water has filled her to the sea level. '■ .The "Boiler space, and engine-room aft, are dry, while’the freezing plant is still working. There is good prospect of sab vaging aft. The discharge of the aft ’tween decks cargo is completed, comprising 3,h37 bales of wool, 300 bags of meal, and twenty-four casks of tallow.
