AGENDA DELAY
THE OTTAWA CONFERENCE

WELLINGTON, May 20
Although the personnel! of the Dominion’s Delegation to the Ottawa Conference will not be announced for a day or two, it is understood that the Prime Minister and the Minister of Finance (Hon. W. Downie Stewart) will go. The late arrival of the agenda paper is embarrassing the Cabinet in making its final decisions.
Tt is believed, however, that the delegation has already been practically decided upon, and that the selection is. merely awaiting formal confirmation.
WHEAT QUOTA OPPOSED
WINNIPEG, May 19. The establishment of a wheat quota at the Conforomv would not be in the best interests of the Canadian wheat producers, reads the loso'utioii adopted by the Manitoba Agricultural Association, and r u bin iLt ed to Premier Bracken.
