SENTENCES AT DUNEDIN. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN. April 28. Tn the Supreme Court,- Thomas Henry Bookingsalo, 19 years of age, on a- charge of making a false declaration under the Marriage Act, was ordered to come up for sentence if called on within two rears. ICdward Hughes, an ox-employee at tlu Sea el iff Mental Hospital, on a charge of the theft of £UfO, was admitted to two years’ probation.
GAOLED FOR INDECENT ACT. TI.UAKU. April 26. In the Supreme Court. Goorge l?redei'ick Langley Smith, who pleaded guiltv to a charge of committing an indecent- act with intent to insult, was sentenced to nine months’ imprisonment.
