MOTOR FATALITY
THREE CASUALTIES

CHRISTCHURCH, Jan. 3,
A car travelling between Christchurch and Nelson, and containing five passengers, overturned in some loose shingle near Great Paddock, Cheviot, this morning. The driver and two passengers were admitted to the Christchurch Hospital, suffering from severe head injuries. One of the passengers, Frank Gleane Perfect, aged 85, of Nelson, died this evening.’ ?* The driver, Alfred TVomas Perfect, a son of the former, aged 28, of Nelson, and Frank Ingram Perfect, another son, aged 35, a Customs Officer of Lyttelton, were in a critical condition when admitted to the Hospital,
