IRISH FREE STATE
KING HANDS OVER SEAL. (United Press Association—By Eleetrio Telegraph.—Copyright.) LONDON, January 19. There was a historic ceremony at Sandringham when His Majesty the King received Mr John W. Dulantv. the High Commissioner of the Irisa Free State, and handed him the Great iSeal for the Irish 'Free State. The seal is one of solid silver, bearing the harp on one side and the head of the King on the other. Their Majesties, the King and Queen, afterwards gave a luncheon to Mr Dulanty, who has gone to Ireland todav with the seal. The Irish Free State is the first of the Dominion to exercise the right to possess the Great Seal, which was constituted at the last Imperial Conference.
