REFUSAL TO MAN VESSELS. (Australian Press Association.) SYDNEY, December 17In the .Federal Arbitration Court. Judge Beeby heard evidence in respect of the refusal by the Seamen s Union to man vessels of the Broken Hill Proprietary Company. The matter was referred to the Court after a compulsory conference between the parties who failed to reach a settlement. His Honor found that the action ,of the Union was entirely illegal.
