BOMB THROWN
TERRORIST ACTIVITY. (United press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Co oy right.) (Received this day at 10.15 a.m.) DELHI, December 15. The provinces of Biher and Orises, where the first Indian anarchist bomb outrage occurred in 1919, witnessed a revival of terrorist activity last night. A- bomb was thrown into the garden residence of A. R. Topliss District Magistrate of Shagalpur at midnight. None (were injured, but the police found fragments of the bomb and other live bombs near a tree. Prominent united provinces congress leaders have announced their intention to defy the new ordinance.
