They are able to withdraw 10 per cent, under the amalgamation with the Commonwealth , Bank. It is estimated that about eight million pounds will thus immediately b,e released, but a considerable proporx tion is required, in the case of small depositors, in liquidating debts, incurred during the eight, months since the State Institutions closed its doors.
