WILL DISPUTE
WAIRARAPA CASE. ( By Telegraph—ter Brets Association) WELLINGTON, December 8. An action asking for probate, in solemn form, of the will and twq codicilg of Joshua Vilen, a wealthy Watrarapa farmer, who died in February was commenced in the Supreme Court, before Mr Justice Ostler. Plain, tiffs are Samuel Cundy, stock buyer and Quentin Donald, farmer, both of Featlierston, as trustees 'of the testator’s estate; and the defendants are two sons of the testator, Albert Victor Viles, farmer of Greytown, and Stanley Steadman Viles, clerk of The late Mr Viles, who lived at Featherston, left nil estate of roughly £25000. Probate is opposed by The two sons on the ground that when the second codicil purported to have been executed, the testator lacked, testamentary capacity. The prospects are that the hearing, possibly will last several days. ■
