FIRE BRIGADESMEN
ASK EXEMPTION FROM CUT.

DUNEDIN, November 13
At the sitting of the Arbitration Court to-day, an application for exemption from the Court’s general order providing for a ten per cent cut in their wages were made by the Dunedin Fire Brigades’ Union, was refused.
The Kaitangata Coal Miners' Union made a similar application, decision being reserved.
