(Received this day at 9.25 a.m) , ■ ? LONDON, November 3 The “British United Press’’ correspondent at Palermo,,says “Panic reigned in a crowded church at a special service, the cause being unknown. People wildly rushed the exits which were trampled down. V 'A wonjan and child were crushed to death.. one hundred being injured, of whom thirty cases, were serious. , MAX’S SUDDEN DEATH CAUSES / PANIC. , LONDON, November 3. The panic was due to a man con lapsing from heart attack. The congregation which totalled ten thousand, not knowing the cause of death, wildly stampeded.
