A nototienrs bandit, Oaviglioli, and W,ro twphws, ngmtty held up / Gungno, u lwlitlay iwrfc, when they shot dead a hotel guest, To-day they ambushed five police who were motoring to Ajaccio, and there was a desperate battle. It resulted in Oaviglioli being killed. Two of the police 'Were killed and two were seriously wounded. The two nephews of Oaviglioli escaped.
