TO WAIROA MEAT COY. 'By Telegraph—Per Pres* Assnr.int.mn) WAIROA, .October 17. Word was received by the Wairoa Meat Coy. to-day that the insurance companies have decided not to appeal in their recent case; and that the companies will pay the company the amount awarded, which is over sixtysix thousand sterling, plus interest and costs. There will be a partial pay out next week. TheWairoa Company’s future policy will be announced after the directors’ and the shareholders’ meetings are held shortly.
