FURTHER AMENDING BILL. (Australian Press Association.) (Received this day at 9.25 a.m) 'SYDNEY, September 16. A Bill to give effect to the desire of the Government -Savings Bank commissioners for transfers from one account to another in old division, and to provide for greater facilities for the issue of debentures, was introduced in the. Assembly by the Premier. The Bill also allows companies and firms to open accounts in the old division of bank, to enable depositors to transfer credits.
