BRUT ALC Y ASSAULTED

SYDNEY, September 15
Six Communists attacked Mr J. B. Martin, the Organising Secretary of the State Branch of the Australian Labour Party, as he was entering the Sydney Trades’ Mall this morning. He was knocked down and was brutally assaulted, receiving kicks on the body and on the head.
(Mr J. Graves (The State Secretary), and other colleagues went to his assistance.
The Communists then ran away, calling out to Mr Graves: “You 11 be the next.”
Mr Martin has recently criticised the Communist's from several platforms.
