A petition was filed in the Supreme Court by a creditor for the winding up of the Federal Deposit Bank Limited. Justice Welib made the order which was not opposed by tTfe company.
A petition was also filed on behalf of the Primary Producers’ Bank of Australia for the winding up of the Company.
