AN AERIAL BOMBARDMENT (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) SANTIAGO, September 0, The Chilean Air Force delivered a bomb attd machine gun attack .on Sunday op the rebel navy, near Goquimbo, The attack waa directed chiefly at four submarines, one of which was" disabled. The crew of another submarine, on swimming to the shore, were arrested. The rebel crews did not return the fire of the aeroplanes. The bombardment was suspended in an effort to renew parleys for a surrender.
