SYDNEY EVICTIONS
RESISTERS ON TRIAL. (Australian Press Association.) SYDNEY, .September 7. The trial of nineteen Communists involved in the recent Newtown riots, daring the police raid on .an evicted tenants house on June 19th, began today. There was a great crowd of idlers and sympathisers outside the court, these requiring, a large body of police to keep them at bay. Fifty-nine jurors were challenged. The case is yet only part heard.
