A second triple drowning tragedy this week occurred when Boy Scout brothers, 'William and Albert Rutters, were caught in a current at Berwick upon Tweed. Scoutmaster Adams attempted to rescue the brothers who pulled him down. A Girl Guide repeatedly dived until she was pulled from the river exhausted.
