Frontier guards at Xewar Rakow sighted a Soviet aeroplane flying in Polish territory examining villages and frontier posts. The aeroplane is alleged to have opened fire cn the soldiers who replied with rifle fire, causing a withdrawal across the board. Poland has strongly protested anaiiist the violation of the frontier.
