GERMAN RELIEF. BERLIN, July 7. The decision was just in time to pervent a financial disaster and was received with heartfelt relief in Germany where the uncertainty of the outcome of the Plan negotiations have been a lengthy nightmare. Mr Hoover’s forseeing statemanslike iniative is crowned with success. His cabled Government manifesto, pointed out that the close co-operation of the Nations was essential to achieve a real success. The “Laknl Aimeger” says petty, narrow minded, French commercialism riddled the Plan and shows France as the real obstacle to peace. The “Deutsche Allegemein Zeitung” says France’s wishes will bleed us, while they dictate to us on vital political questions.
