ALE FORBES’S PLAN. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association) WELLINGTON, June 23. All- Forbes indicated to-day that ho did not expect the session to last more than two months. The legislative programme will be unusually small. It is intended to give Hhe portfolio of Transport, at present held by Hon. •Mr Taverner, to Tlon. Air Witch, whose responsibilities as -Minister of Railways have been much lightened by the constitution of the Railway Board. He wilt sponsor the Transport Bill this session
