Ellesmere Handicap:--Tortoni 1; Troil us 2 ; Donmoon 3. 16 started. Won by 1) lengths. Time 2.4-1. The First Nursery Handicap was* won by Legitime, with Senator second ami Miss Nottnva third. The winner gained Lite verdict by five lengths.

The Victoria Racing Club’s King’s Birthday meeting wa.s continued to day in dull weather on a heavy track, after week-end rain. Results:
