There are indications that All’ Gandhi will not go to London to tile Structure Committee meetings, but will attend the Plenary of the Round-Table Session Conference next September.
A Simla report suggests a possible, postponement cf the Federal Committee till sth July in order to give Hindu and Moslem leaders a chance to reach an amicable understanding before going to London. INDIAN REVOLT. COMMUNIST PLOT. DELHI, May 24. Communist plans for a revolt throughout India, were disclosed in a pamphlet found on an agitator, arrest, ed. Gandhi's ideas were condemned on the ground of their non-violent character. The reds demand a complete independence, by the violent overthrow of British rule, the cancellation of the debt, confiscation of all British Industries and property of all landlords, the abolition of native States, expulsion of British troops, abolition of police, arming nil workers and creation of a Soviest Republic,
