In the House of Commons, Air Louis Smith asked if Air Thomas would lie consider the advisability of refraining from further advertisement of Dominion goods on the Alurketing Board’s hoardings until a scheme is evolved for similarly advertising British goods in the Dominions. Air Thomas: “No”. Air Smith : “Is everything laiug, done for the Dominions to reciprocate?” Air Thomas: “Air Smith asks me to agree to something that is a violation or bargaining with Doniinoins. 1 am endeavouring to ask them to reciprocate in any way they can, hut to say unless they do it. we refuse to carry out our side of the bargain, is rathei wide.” Air dynes said that lie did not propose to suggest, protection of buyers of tickets in Irish sweeps. BRITISH BUDGET. LONDON. April 1. The sunplementary budget shows among the out.staining decreases, compared with the estimate, income tax was responsible for £3.953.000: stamps £6.350,090 due to the decline in stock exchange transactions. Customs receipts £1.309.000. excise £5,860,000.
