AYo are honoured by the medals you have- given us. When emotion is strong, you know speech must be short,” the Prince said. THE PRINCE AT CALLOA. LONDON, February 11. A message from Cnlloa (Peru) states the Oropesa arrived this morning, escorted by two Peruvian warships, in honor of the Prince of Wales’ visit.
