TENNIS
On Saturday a match between teams representing the Hokitika Club and the Combined County Clubs respectively was played at the Hokitika Courts. The weather remained ideal for tennis throughout the afternoon and most of the games were evenly contested. The Hokitika Club proved the winners by 18 -sets and 182 games to the Combined Clubs Team’s 14 sets and 147 games. Following are scores:—(Hokitika names first). MEN’S SINGLES.
