Richfield Oil Coy., one of the major concerns in the field lias been placed in a receiver’s hands. The liabilities are thirty-five million dollars and assets one hundred and twenty millions, the cause being large outstanding noncollectable accounts. A receivership in equity will allow the Company to continue operations as it- is opposed to liquidation.
