Sailing in the deciding beat ol the Northcote Cun to-day, the New South Wales boat Hilaire snatched a narrow victory by eleven seconds, and so retains the cup .

The nine-ton yacht “Oimnra,” with a crew of five, starts to-morrow from St. ICilda for New Zealand, which it expects to reach to fourteen da vs. Mr F. J. Pencil, the owner, is the skipper.
