The “Daily Express” says that .President SUalin lias decreed that the R ussian Tra<Jdelegation -to - London must lie “one hundred per cent.’ by flip first of February. Exports who have long been here are being recalled to Moscow, and their places are being filled by 0.G.P.U.-ites. Twelve members of the Delegation have obeyed the order. Twenty members of the Delegation have not obeyed the recall. They have lecn dismissed, and are now scattered over the -Continent.
