A CONFIDENT CLAlMANT(Australian Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 18. Confident that he will participate in a division of the Everiugliam millions, Mr O. A. Everingham, an employee of the Wellington Harbour Board, gave details of the latest development in a claim which a large number of the descendants of Matthew James Everingham, intend to lay early next year to the estate in England field in trust and valued at £23,1)80,000. Everingham is one of a comparatively few direct descendants and belongs to a. family of 12, the remainder of whom'live in New South Wales. They are the fourth generation and direct descendants. Everingham received an account from Australia of a meeting of about 450 claimants to discuss the information brought back from England by Mr A. J. McGrath, of Paddington. McGrath, who is also a direct descendant, told the meeting it had been definitely established tihato the estate held in trust was valued at £23,000,*; 000. After about £BOO,OOO had been paid in probate duties, there would be about fifteen millions available • for 'distribution among descendants able to prove claims. No claims so far asascertainable, have been made in England utioft the estate,
