The new motor insurance certificates, covering third party risks, are parchment like documents eight and n half inches by four, and a half inchcf*. They define the' limitations imposed on all motorists and record the name of the holder and number of the car. The certificates will be issued in duplicate, one for the. car and the oilier for the driver, who thus is able to drive any car or motor cycle, while the car can he driven by anyone with the permission of the policy holder. Two million certificates will be issued before the end of the year, when every motor cyclist and motorist will be compelled to show their certificate on demand.
