OTTAWA. Nov. 6,

News from Winnipeg states that the Wheat Pool delegates at their annual convention to-dav, unanimously adopted a plant to repay the banks for their over-payment on the 1929 crop account at the rate of 696 thousand dollars annually 'for the next few years, when they hope to have their whole debt repaid.

The losses are .still uncertain, since the 1927 crop lias not yet all been sold, hut Manitoba’s share of tho loss will ho probably over three million dollars.
