TOTE IN BRITAIN
BIG INCREASE IN STATES

LONDON, Nov. 6
It is announced that the totalisator receipts in Britain thus far this year exceed three millions sterling. It- is expected that the year will end with a revenue six times greater than last year’s total, which was £530,000. The profit of the Betting Control Board is certain to exceed £200,000.
