PLANS FOR LIMITATION

At to-day’s session of representatives of manufacturing countries, as a preliminary to the conference on the limitation oi the manufacture of dangerous drugs, a delegation representing the Turkish Republic made its first ap-

pearance. Responding to a speech of welcome Mazhar Bey, the principal Turkish delegate, said that the Turkish delegation would lend its loyal co-operation towards ensuring the complete success of the conference.

The chairman expressed the satisfaction of the conference at hearing such a statement.

The conference then considered details of a plan for setting up an international office for effecting a limitation in manufacture in each manufacturing country and for the distribution of drugs manufactured to all countries according to their medical iequirements.
