COLLAPSE OF CHURCH. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) ROME, October 31. One hundred persons who were injured in the earthquake have been brought into Ancona. There was terrible alarm among the peasantry of the district, who have not forgotten the great earthquake only two hundred miles to the southward three months ago. At Senigalla, the church roof collapsed during early Mass, killing a priest and eight of the congregation. The tower of the Church of the Holy Sacrament at Ancona also collapsed.

Other historic buildings were seriously damaged. Fortunately, most of the people were up at the time of the disaster. They rushed into the streets, and they were able to ascape. from the falling houses.
