FIGHT ENDS IN TWO DEATHS

MELBOURNE, October 22

A dispute between a farmer named Tlmmas Ross, aged 40 years, of Meeriiyan (Gippsland), and his farm hand. Charles Wells, aged 39 years, endeo with their deaths by gunshot. Mrs Ross in'ormed the police that Wells entered the kitchen with a gun. Ross sprang at,him, and she rushed out with her child. Subsequently Ross was found dead in. one of thp rooms, and Wells was found in another room with the top of his head hlowp <Jf and a gun beside his body.
