SUPREME COURT
SEXUAL CHARGES. [By Telegraph, Per Press Association.] .M ASTERTON, September 3. In the Supreme Court to-day, Frank Smith wa.s placed upon his trial, charged with an offence against a girl under sixteen, and on a second count with abduction. The jury after a retirement of about half an hour, returned a verdict of not guilty on both counts and tho accused was discharged.
