FOR. UNEMPLOYED. By Telegraph, Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, Aug. 25. The Unemployment Art Union, J drawn on Saturday night, realised £BBI, which with the students! Capping Day collection, provides about £IOOO. This sum. with the Government subsidy will bo immediately applied to the neediest cases. The Art Union cost under £4O to run, all prize money being subscribed by the citizens. The first prize of £SO was won bv somebody, who merely recorded an address and who has not yet claimed the prize.
