The Hospital Ball annual fixture for this year has been set down for Wednesday, 3rd September, and is already causing considerable interest locally. The event promises to excel those of previous years and the committee of management are /wondering if the Soldiens’ Hall will be equal to the attendance, so great has been the sale of tickets, The function for.both adults and children will 'be a plain and fancy dress one and already many enquiries have been made abroad for new and original fancy dresses. Music will be supplied by the Melody Six so a, Inigo success is assured.
