A message from Niagara halls states for the second time in his adventurous career William Red Hill, a Niagara boatman defied the swirling currents and eddies of the whirlpool and lower rapids below the falls and survived. He made his sp&ctaculai trip in a steel barrel which for nearly four hours was tossed atbout like a rubbel ball in sight of five thousand, including Mrs Hill, and their eight children. He suffered no ill effects.
