NEWCASTLE COAL
PRICE REDUCED
(Australian Press Association) SYDNEY, June 1. The Chairman of the Northern Collieries Association has announced that the reductions to be made in the prices of coal would be : Inter-State and Now Zealand coal 3s 3d per ton. Foreign trade—4s 3d. The settlement of the coal deadlock has led to the recommissioning of upwards of hr teen steamers.
